YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE PARKING COMPANY BEFORE YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO PARKERINGSKLAGENEMNDA.
You have stated that you have not sent a complaint to the company that issued the penalty charge yet.
- You must send a complaint to the company that issued the penalty charge, and receive a rejection from them before you complain to parkeringsklagenemnda.
There are some exceptions to this rule.
If you sent a complaint to the company and did not receive a temporary answer within 3 weeks, you can complain to Parkeringsklagenemnda from this point in time. An example of a temporary answer is an answer where the company tells you it will take more than 3 weeks to finish your case.
- If you did not receive a final answer within 8 weeks, you can complain to Parkeringsklagenemnda from this point in time.
If the above situations do not apply to you, your case will not be admitted to Parkeringsklagenemnda. If you still wish to send a complaint, you can do so via this link. Do note that the case will not be admitted if none of the above stated situations are fulfilled.
